Our reinsurance contract specialists work in conjunction with the account managers and brokers to design and implement customized treaty and facultative reinsurance wordings.
Experienced contract experts ensure the wording accurately reflects the intentions of the client and cover purchased, as well as meeting regulatory requirements. Our contract team has extensive market relationships with reinsurers and is often directly involved in the successful negotiation of contract terms and conditions.
Claims
Our team of reinsurance claim specialists has many years of experience handling reinsurance claims and a broad knowledge of proportional, non-proportional, and facultative reinsurance contracts.
The claims team works with clients and reinsurers to ensure timely reinsurance recoveries and comprehensive reporting in compliance with the reporting requirements of the reinsurance contract. In addition, the claims team works cohesively with the account managers and the broking team to meet our clients' service needs and address any issues affecting their business.
Finance and Internal Operations
Our reinsurance premium collection and disbursement department is centralised through Beach & Associates' Head Office in Toronto. This centralised model enables us to maintain consistency in servicing premium and disbursements for all of our clients globally. We are very aware of the time sensitivity of all cash transactions for premium and claims transactions we handle and we pride ourselves on meeting payment dates and deadlines.
